Check-in to the room starts at 1:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. If you need to arrive a little earlier or leave a little later, ask the manager if there is no other reservation and if there is time available

When you arrive at Lomas de Angelópolis you must identify yourself at the security booth with an official ID.

When you enter the gated community you will be welcomed at the house located in front of the clubhouse.

If you bring your vehicle, you must occupy the parking space assigned to you by the manager. If not, temporarily occupy one of the yellow marked parking spaces in front of the clubhouse.

You will be given a key and we will show you the room and facilities.

Shoes are not allowed to be left at the entrance of the house.

Only guide dogs for people with disabilities or small breed pets are allowed and must present their training (if applicable) and vaccination documentation. And you will have to pay the pet fee of $100 per pet per night.

The owner will have to take their pet(s) out to relieve themselves in the gardens of the house.

If they make any damage, they will have to pay for it. The excrement of the animal and the paper used to clean the urine must be collected in bags and deposited in the garbage can of the house located in the service yard. It is forbidden to throw them in the toilet for hygiene reasons and to avoid clogging the drainage system.

Pets are not allowed to climb on the furniture in the common areas or to sleep on the bed in the guest's room. The owner will have to bring their bed, mat or accessories where they sleep.

Pets must be on a leash to go for a walk in the complex, otherwise the administration will impose a fine of $800.00 for each animal that is videotaped or seen by the security guards. The fine(s) imposed will have to be paid to the caretaker of the house, before the end of the stay or the card used for the reservation will be charged.

You will be able to use the kitchen and the basic accessories and you will be able to store your food in the pantry, refrigerator and freezer in the assigned places. You must clean all kitchen accessories and appliances you use at the end of cooking. You are not allowed to use cooking utensils to feed pets. It is forbidden to use kitchen accessories as tools (e.g. a knife as a screwdriver). If you need a tool, ask the manager if one is available.

If your stay is longer than two nights you must cooperate with the purchase of purified water or buy your supplies (bottled water, soap for dishes, garbage bags and others that you will use during your stay).

If your stay is longer than one week you must pay the established cleaning fee per week. This fee covers the cleaning of the room and all common areas to which you have access. The cleaning of the room includes the change of linen, towels, soap, liquid soap, shampoo, bags in the trash cans. And sanitization according to the protocols of the platform.

If you do not know or have doubts about the kitchen accessories, the operation of appliances, jacuzzi, etc., ask the manager or landlord. Damages caused by misuse will be charged to your Airbnb account.

When you go to take a shower, please turn on the water heater for 10 minutes beforehand and turn it off again at the end of the shower. This is not only for economic reasons but also as part of our contribution to the environment.

13a. If your room has a Jacuzzi, the time to use the spa (engine) is from 8:00 am to 10 pm, out of respect for other guests as it generates a lot of noise. If you are going to use it, let the manager know so that the heater is put on in advance and is at the optimum temperature.

If you want to use the exercise equipment you have to reserve a time slot, since it is located in the roof garden and there are other residents.

You can use the washing machine, maximum one load per week of 5 kg., if you want to wash more it has an extra cost and you must notify the manager. You must bring your laundry materials and hang the clothes in the assigned area. The washing machine must always be cleaned after use.

You may not make national or international calls from the house landline, only local calls.

No noise can be made outside the room from 9 pm to 7 am. And it is requested that in the room the use of radio and TV is in moderate volume, so as not to affect the other guests.

If you are going to order food or cabs, you have to be aware of receiving them and if necessary, let them ring the doorbell of the house.

If you are going to receive a visitor, please inform the person in charge so that he/she is aware of it. Visitors are only welcome from 9 AM to 9 PM and may be in the guest's room, in the common areas on the first floor and use the guest bathroom. The guest must attend to them and will be responsible for any damage they may cause.

If a visitor is going to spend the night in the room you must notify the manager and pay the difference for the night(s) he/she is going to spend in the room. The payment is made at the entrance of the visitor through the platform by 10 pm at the latest.

It is not allowed to take objects out of the house on loan.

Respect the objects or food of other guests.

If you accidentally break or break an object in the house, you must report it to the caretaker.

When your stay is over, you must give the keys of the house to the caretaker, and if he is not there, he will give you the instructions to deposit them in the house key guard located outside the house.

. At check out, the caretaker checks that everything is in good condition before the guest's departure. If he/she detects a missing or damaged item, he/she will inform the guest as soon as possible in order to replace it.

. If you misplace the keys or do not return them upon departure, you will be charged before or after your departure through the platform. The amount for the change of the combination of the security key, the bedroom, the corresponding copies and the locksmith's service has a cost of $1,500.

When you go to vacate the room, check that you didn't forget anything. If you leave anything behind, we can only keep it for two months, after which time it will be donated to the cleaning staff.
